Together in therapy, we will explore your experience with self-worth to help identify how you can best manage it, and work to improve it to relieve the difficulties it has been causing in your life. Engaging in self exploration, we will sift through all of the highs and lows of you. We will identify and embrace your strengths. You will learn strategies to help interrupt thoughts and challenge core beliefs that keep you stuck. Processing will allow you to become less critical and more self-compassionate. We will practice mindfulness strategies and work on goal setting. You will learn how to form a healthy relationship with yourself, which will ultimately help improve your relationships with others.

In order for us to make the most progress I recommend meeting weekly for 12 weeks. At that time we will revisit your goals and determine the future frequency.

How do I get the most out of therapy?for some vulnerability. I recommend practicing coping strategies and completing any assignments in between sessions.
