Meet Justice, Licensed Professional Counselor in Training
Together we will find a way forward.
I’m a Milwaukee-based therapist specializing in life transitions, anxiety & PTSD.
Lately, it feels like everything is too much:
Change can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that can overcome your situation and embrace new beginnings.
As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we can show up as our authentic selves and work together toward your healing. I specialize in supporting women through anxiety, major life transitions, relationship struggles, and self-esteem challenges, helping you reconnect your mind and body to foster balance and growth.
Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I guide clients in exploring their inner world with compassion, curiosity, and openness—transforming pain into pathways for resilience and confidence.
As a clinician of color, I also understand the unique stigmas and cultural barriers that can make seeking therapy feel overwhelming. Here, you are safe, heard, and free from judgment. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with warmth, laughter, and humanity—because healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. Together, we’ll create space for vulnerability, empowerment, and lasting change.
