Meet Justice, Licensed Professional Counselor in Training
Therapy for women who carry a lot for everyone else and are ready to finally take care of themselves too.
I’m a Milwaukee-based therapist specializing in life transitions, anxiety & PTSD for teen girls and women.
Lately, it feels like everything is too much:
Change can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I work with high-functioning women who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted behind the scenes.
You might be the one everyone goes to for advice.
The reliable one. The responsible one. The one who “always has it together.”
But behind the scenes, you may also feel overwhelmed, anxious, or quietly questioning yourself more than anyone realizes.
Many of the women I work with are used to being the strong one — showing up for work, relationships, and responsibilities while struggling to give themselves that same level of care and understanding. Over time, that pressure can show up as anxiety, constant overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, or feeling emotionally and mentally exhausted.
As a therapist, I support women navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the pressure to keep everything together. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand your emotional patterns, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, self-criticism, and overwhelm.
In therapy with me, you don’t have to perform or pretend you’re fine. This is a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can be honest about what’s actually going on — the overthinking, burnout, relationship patterns, and the expectations you may have been carrying for a long time.
My approach to therapy is collaborative & grounded in helping you better understand your emotions while building practical tools that make life feel more manageable. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and human — a place where we can do deeper work while also making room for compassion, self-awareness, and sometimes even a little humor along the way.
As a clinician of color, I also understand the unique stigmas and cultural barriers that can make seeking therapy feel overwhelming. Here, you are safe, heard, and free from judgment. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with warmth, laughter, and humanity—because healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. Together, we’ll create space for vulnerability, empowerment, and lasting change.
If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, you don’t have to keep doing that here.
